What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans for the integration of acquired companies, ensuring smooth transitions
- Serve as lead Project Manager for strategic initiatives related to the Value Creation Plan
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigation to ensure project success
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives
- Monitor project progress, manage resources, and report to senior leadership and Steering Committees

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Program/Project Management experience
- Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, Mac and Apple products, and MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Smartsheets
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in post-acquisition integration processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Working knowledge of common project management methodologies and their standards
