      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead medium/large-scale projects by following project management best practices
      - Collaborate with Member Care leadership and other teams for successful client launches
      - Ensure necessary tools and processes are in place for service delivery models
      - Cultivate strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and consultants
      - Drive major issue resolution and lead process development with external vendors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in project management
      - 2+ years of experience in an office or corporate environment
      - 2+ years of experience in healthcare
      - 2+ years of experience using spreadsheet and slide software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with the employer's products and services
      - Familiarity with health insurance standards and processes
