What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage field inventory, including instruments, implants, and disposables for surgeries
- Collaborate with the Sales Team, Surgeons, and Operating Room Personnel to ensure all assets are properly managed
- Implement and maintain an inventory tracking system using the employer's set scanning tool
- Coordinate with the local driver for inventory pick-up and drop-off locations as needed
- Ensure timely returns of inventory and manage expiration dates of products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow to meet established deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and internet applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a valid Driver's License
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in inventory management or related fields
- Familiarity with surgical instruments and procedures
- Previous work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
