      The Role

      Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an inspired Recruitment Operations Specialist. As part of the Global Executive Recruitment (“GER”) team, we’re looking for someone to support the hiring and onboarding of best-in-class talent, including some of the most senior executives in the organization. We are looking for someone who has strong detail orientation and operational capabilities and previous experience working in an operations or support role working with employment contracts, reporting and data, and following a playbook to support team goals.

      As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Recruitment Operations team in all of their activities, including gathering the supporting documentation quickly and carefully to create offer letters for confidential roles (including creating employment agreements with complex terms across the multiple geographies and jurisdictions), and helping to optimize the candidate experience using tools, process, and technology. We’re also looking for someone who can support the effective use of data, including reporting and metrics, and sending accurate reports on a regular cadence to TAG leadership. This role requires quickly and accurately generating offer letters for Cognizant hires; to succeed in this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated and have a very careful attention to detail. As part of the Global Executive Recruitment team, you’ll be accountable for your workflow, ensuring that we meet our internal client expectations, creating complex documentation, providing insights through data, and serving as a team player as we build Cognizant’s executive presence in furtherance of our company goals.

      This is an individual contributor role, which means we are looking for someone with a high level of personal accountability who can execute against multiple competing time-sensitive priorities and exhibit personal leadership and professionalism at all times.       Responsibilities

      · Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing a suite of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks related to TAG operations for the Global Executive team

      · Offer Letter Creation: You will be responsible for creating offer letters in accordance with Cognizant policies and meeting SLAs for turnaround time; follow the playbook and ensure all required documentation is present and correct language is used in offer letter creation

      · Follow standard operating procedure and help support to document SOP when requested; ensure compliance and process adherence; Partner with other teams such as QA to ensure compliance with company procedures

      · Handle sensitive information confidentially, including offers, salaries, and candidate selection

      · Support the Senior Operations Specialist in: Operations Process Mapping and Improvements, Tools & Technology, Training & Process, Change Management, and ad hoc projects

      · Meet SLAs for the listed activities, typically sending offer letter same day, balancing the competing needs for completing reports before the deadline, and driving toward closure on long-term projects; meticulous prioritization skills and focus will be essential

      · Maintain the data integrity of the team and generate reports on an ongoing basis and ad-hoc when requested for specific projects; use system of record and ensure compliance and data tracking

      · Follow the processes for Recruitment, HR, and Operations; take accountability for learning new processes and remain in compliance with TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) and company policies

      · Collect offer approvals, provide all relevant documentation, and communicate offers to candidates

      · Maintain accuracy of data in Applicant Tracking System (ATS); assist in reporting and data integrity

      · Work India Time Zone hours with some overlap with ET / CT; the ability to ensure the right matters are completed globally before the day is over.

      · Work in a hybrid office capacity and be in the office in Bangalore 2-3 days/week

      Qualifications

      · Bachelor’s degree

      · 3-5+ years of operations, data and reporting, or recruitment experience, ideally within professional services and/or a large, matrixed organization

      · Experience managing complex documentation, creating offer letters, following a playbook, providing and storing audit-ready materials

      · Command of the English language for business and working knowledge of contractual clauses; ability to follow and maintain a complex playbook and related documentation

      · An extremely high level of detail orientation – the ability to review lengthy documents and ensure the right changes are made over multiple versions

      · A high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

      · The ability to build a dashboard; experience managing data and reporting data to tell a story; PowerPoint or Visio Skills are essential

      · Strong communication skills and ability to build productive partnerships with Executive Recruiters, sourcing experts, and executive candidates; solid written and verbal communication skills in English business languages are key

      · Prioritization skills and the ability to organize your time are essential; patience and persistence are key

      · The ability to be onsite at our Cognizant office and work with the team
