What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate logistics for Oncology site engagement meetings, ensuring strategic agendas and participant tracking
- Oversee multiple conference meetings simultaneously using advanced project management skills
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
- Solve complex problems independently regarding project and departmental work
- Support patient recruitment initiatives by managing service providers and developing engagement materials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent, preferably in a scientific or health-related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in global patient recruitment and clinical trial execution
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple complex calendars
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Ariba, Aravo, or related accounts payable systems
- Familiarity with Concur or similar travel and expense reporting systems
- Knowledge of Global Connect/Telepresence technical solutions
