What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities to optimize operational processes and present data-driven recommendations to leadership
- Develop and manage Excel-based dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and internal operational efficiency
- Own the data lifecycle: collect, validate, organize, and analyze data using advanced Excel functions
- Continuously evaluate and apply AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows and improve decision-making processes
- Support all aspects of company events, both virtual and in-person
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School degree or GED required; Associate's degree in business or a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a similar operational support role required
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
