      This is an offshore rotation role (28x28) in Equatorial Guinea. The role will be offered on full time employee basis, travel, accommodation and food while on rotation is provided.

      JOB TITLE: Operations Superintendent

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Ensure safe work within own group and area; encourage others to do the same.
      • Manage all aspects of operations work with the Production Unit Leadership team to prioritize opportunities.
      • Coordinate development and management of necessary operation systems and procedures to ensure safe and efficient start-up and operations of offshore facilities.
      • Develop personnel in the division to their maximum potential.
      • Support production operations best practices utilization and ensure that continuous improvement processes are in place and efficiently applied.
      • Provides the information required for updating of all Key Performance Indicators and setting / achieving /surpassing monthly departmental goals and objectives.
      • Actively participates in the Producing Operations Best Practices effort to improve operations and teams.

      ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

      • B.S. or Higher; Engineering or related Science based degree.
      • Regulations applicable to operations of offshore oil & gas installations
      • Ten years of operating/engineering experience with previous supervisory or supervisory relief
      • General competencies in marine, process, utilities, safety and lifesaving systems as well as Operations Integrity Critical competency
      • Worked in the Production Operations Department and familiar with ongoing activities.
