      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate owner/landlord processes to ensure understanding by engineers and contractors performing building infrastructure work
      - Identify and implement updates to policies, procedures, and best practices
      - Manage refrigerant purchases and compliance tracking for cost control
      - Oversee operation, staffing, performance, and development of technical teams, including conducting performance reviews
      - Track work orders and manage Not to Exceed (NTE) limits in work orders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or GED
      - EPA Universal license
      - A valid state-issued driver's license
      - 5+ years of technical experience in building engineering, focusing on HVAC equipment repair and refrigeration
      - Strong people management skills and excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in facilities management or a similar role
      - Strong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented approach
      - Familiarity with business reporting and performance metric tracking
      - Excellent customer service skills
