      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and support to junior staff, including conducting performance observations
      - Assist team members in reviewing errors and responding to audit inquiries
      - Participate in on-boarding and talent management processes
      - Identify process deficiencies and recommend improvements
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver training solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Minimum of 5 years experience in health insurance operations, preferably in a related role
      - Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
      - Strong PC skills and proficiency in analytical thinking
      - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the Complaints and Appeals process
      - Knowledge of Ncompass, NASCO, CareRadius, and Facets Application
      - Experience in claims processing
