      Position Title: Operations Processor Team Lead
      Location: Hybrid – North Charlotte, NC (3 days in office, 2 remote)
      Type: Contract to Potential Hire (Minimum 3-month contract)
      Pay Rate: $23/hour

      About the Opportunity:

      We’re hiring an Operations Processor Team Lead to support a critical financial operations team during a period of exciting growth and upcoming technology changes, including a major ISO conversion.       What You’ll Do:

      As a Team Lead, you will perform the same core processing tasks as the team while also leading and supporting day-to-day operations:

      Processor Responsibilities:

      • Review and disposition 1,000+ transaction screening "hits" daily using the proprietary screening platform.

      • Apply analytical thinking to evaluate potential financial risks.

      • Collaborate with teammates and management to ensure high-quality, compliant transaction monitoring.

      • Leverage strong communication skills to ask questions and adapt quickly.

      Team Lead Responsibilities:

      • Support and coach a team of Processors, tracking daily metrics and productivity.

      • Coordinate feedback and conduct performance check-ins to ensure KPIs are met.

      • Collaborate with managers and offshore teams in India and the Philippines.

      • Maintain alignment with compliance standards and quality assurance processes.

      Ideal Candidate:

      • At least 1 year of Team Lead or supervisory experience in an operations or transaction-based role.

      • Background in financial services or banking is required.

      • Experience in financial crimes or sanctions screening is highly preferred.

      • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

      • Comfortable with structured training programs and clear performance expectations.

      Technology & Tools:

      • Screening platform (Gyzmos)

      • Standard productivity and quality review tracking tools

      Training & Onboarding:

      • Training Program:

        • 2 weeks of classroom training

        • 1 week of live environment training

        • 3-week ramp-up period

        • Full productivity expected after 6 weeks

      Performance Expectations:

      • Process 1,000+ transactions per day with high accuracy

      • Meet and maintain team KPIs and quality standards

      • Provide consistent coaching and support to team members
