      Job Description:

      The team Trade Services is embedded within the Lux IPB Operations department of Deutsche Bank´s Private Banking sector. The main tasks and responsibilities of the team include the handling and monitoring of settlement and cash disposition with the various custodians, handling of Subscriptions/Redemptions, daily regulatory reporting (EMIR/MiFIR), daily investigation on cash/depot break reportings, handling static data, such as pricing and securities and providing business support on day-to-day queries.

      The new Team Leader should cover the below tasks and responsibilities:

      Key Responsibilities / Tasks:
      • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and drive cost-effectiveness.
      • Lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
      • Collaborate with other functional areas to ensure seamless and high-quality service delivery to our clients.
      • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and implement robust risk management practices to ensure the bank's operations adhere to all relevant financial & compliance regulations and to safeguard the bank´s operations.
      • Work closely with technology teams to integrate and leverage cutting-edge technologies that enhance operational capabilities.

      Your Skills and Experience:
      • Minimum 4 - 7 years of experience in the banking/financial sector, experience of leading a team would be seen as advantage.
      • Advanced Office 365 and database skills, knowledge of Avaloq would be seen as an advantage.
      • High team-spirit and service orientation, strong personality and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.
      • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in German, English. Any other language is an advantage.
      • High degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focus on providing quality output.
      • Good knowledge of various securities.
      • Responsibility, organisation, care and accuracy.
