      JOB SUMMARY:

      This is an OPS position working in the Department of Revenue's Information Services Program with the Production Control unit in Tallahassee, FL. This position monitors CSP overnight and weekend critical batch job processes using ISP's automatic job scheduler software (OpCon). The monitoring activities include but are not limited to: addressing batch job failures, user requests, quality assurance of printed forms, scanning, and tracking of forms. Creates tickets using Cherwell for no action items, reviews customer requests, investigates incidents and issues.

      MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

      • Two years of data processing experience (excluding data entry) OR batch job operations experience.
      • One year of customer service.

      PREFERENCES:

      • Experience working alternate shifts.

      SPECIAL NOTES:

      • This position is located at Huntley Park (5040 W. Tharpe St.) Tallahassee, FL.
      • This position's work hours will be 3rd shift (00:00 AM - 08:00 AM), Tuesday - Saturday and is not eligible for telework.
      • This position requires occasional coverage for alternate shifts.
      • This position requires some heavy lifting (up to 35 lbs), with or without accommodation.

      HOURLY RATE: $15.75
