      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support related to adoption cycles and compliance with reporting procedures
      - Edit documents and ensure accessibility compliance for instructional materials
      - Develop reports and conduct data analyses to support leadership decisions
      - Coordinate meetings with publishers, school districts, and external stakeholders
      - Assist with other duties as assigned to support the Office of Instructional Materials and Library Media

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate degree and/or 3 years of related experience
      - Knowledge of grant processes and ability to provide technical support for grant-related activities
      - Ability to demonstrate adaptability to changes in processes
      - Experience in editing documents and ensuring compliance
      - Successful completion of Level 1 and Level 2 criminal history background checks

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or 5 years of related experience
      - Experience working in educational settings or with instructional materials
      - Strong organizational and communication skills
      - Familiarity with the Florida Instructional Materials portal
      - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
