      Who We Are

We look forward to welcoming you to Alternate View – a new practice concept where vision, vitality, and a touch of sophistication come together for an experience like no other. At Alternate View, we are building a practice where eye health is elevated through comprehensive care, the latest technologies, and individualized service. While we are a new concept and office, we are backed by a well-established and impact-focused family business with over 80 years of experience caring for Hoosiers. We are looking for a leading optometrist who will help us redefine the vision care experience for Gen X and Millennials, in a setting that seamlessly blends full-scope optometry, state-of-the-art optical services, curated eyewear collections, and revitalizing eye and facial aesthetics into a singular experience.

      Who You Are

Our ideal doctor is passionate about dry eye, interested in ocular aesthetics, and looking to grow into a larger role over time. While experience is preferred, we are open to a recent graduate with current licensure who is excited to work in the same practice as aesthetic providers. You are outgoing, social media savvy (or at least curious!), and interested in staying abreast of the latest optometric and cultural trends. You enjoy educating your patients about eye-safe skin products, aesthetic treatments, and proper vision care in today’s digital age. Acknowledging Alternate View is geared to attract Gen X and Millennial patients, you can expect fewer pediatric patients and fewer patients with age-related diseases that require management. In your role, you will empower your patients to not only see clearly, but to safely and comfortably express their unique style and put their best face forward. After all, you believe and embrace that eye care can be self-care.

      • Provide personalized primary care optometry
      • Recommend and perform customized care plan for dry eye, with opportunity to shape Alternate View offerings to reflect your interests/recommendations
