What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expertise in the Oracle Cloud HCM product suite
- Perform business process transformation using HCM Cloud
- Provide solution architecture
- Support organization change management
- Understand client business requirements and configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution
- Assist with legacy data conversion and testing of the solution
- Collaborate with integration consulting team to build, configure, and test integrations between HCM and third-party/custom solutions
- Utilize Oracle's Implementation Methodology on all engagements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 full life cycle implementations of HCM
- 10+ years implementing Human Capital Management solutions
- Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
- Experience in implementing HCM SaaS applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
