      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and OCI
      - Configure and manage security features such as Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls and data encryption
      - Conduct security assessments of Oracle Cloud environments and applications
      - Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities
      - Communicate security risks and recommendations to management and users

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent technical experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in security controls within Oracle Cloud environments
      - Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
      - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and technologies
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4 years of experience preferred
      - 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred
      - Relevant security certifications such as CISSP or CISM
