  Role: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Testing Lead

  Location: Alamo, CA or Remote

  Relevant Experience: 10+ Years

  Position Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients/business to understand and document requirements as well as map requirements to standard Oracle Cloud Payroll functionality. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for identifying process improvement areas and developing future business process flows. Candidates should have prior Oracle HCM Cloud payroll implementation or consulting experience.

  Responsibilities:

  · Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll

  · Support payroll cycles processing and testing

  · Strong written and oral communication skills.

  · Strong interpersonal skills.

  · Ability to work well in a team environment.

  · Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.

  · Keen attention to detail.

  · Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality.

  · Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them.

  · Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.

  · Support clients with the execution of test scripts.

  · Provide status and issue reports to the Project Manager on a regular basis

  Required Qualifications:

  · Bachelor’s Degree

  · Prior Oracle HCM Cloud payroll experience and have supported payroll cycles processing and testing for customers

  Preferred Qualifications:

  · Prior Oracle HCM Cloud experience in Fast Formulas is preferred.

  Salary and Other Compensation:

  The annual salary for this position is between $142,000/Year to $182,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

  This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
