What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage large-scale ERP projects, specifically Oracle implementation projects
- Mentor new employees and team members on product scope, vision, and Agile practices
- Ensure effective communication with clients regarding project progress and functionality
- Introduce and implement project management best practices and Agile engineering practices
- Identify and manage business and project risks to ensure successful delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of Oracle ERP project management experience
- Proven track record of leading virtual teams in an aggressive, fast-paced environment
- Required knowledge or experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM, Finance, or CRM domains
- Experience managing at least five Oracle implementation projects or three R12 upgrade projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Oracle SaaS certification
- Experience in cut-over planning and knowledge of R12ERP and SaaS Cloud architecture
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders
