What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion, OIC, and WMS applications
- Provide technical support and ensure smooth functioning and integration of applications into business processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver technical solutions
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Fusion, OIC, and WMS applications
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide training to end-users on application usage
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, software engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, OIC, Oracle WMS, and payment platforms
- Proficient in scripting, SQL, PS/SQL, PowerShell, and Low Code / No Code development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information in non-technical terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and project management abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with PowerBI or analytics reporting tools
- Understanding of business operations in manufacturing, supply chain, financials, and distribution
- Knowledge of cloud technology design patterns and database management
- Awareness of a wide variety of software solutions and tools
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
