What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide analytical and orbital analysis support to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct feasibility assessments
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to shape requirements
- Develop software and scripts to automate data processing
- Prepare technical reports and briefing materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government clearances
- Bachelor's-level degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Astronomy, or related field
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Demonstrated expertise in orbital dynamics and satellite operations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of relevant work experience, including experience with space surveillance and tracking software systems
- Knowledge of database management and experience with MongoDB or SQL
- Previous experience taking ownership of data curation activities
