      Job Description

      ABOUT YOUR ROLE

      • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs and customer satisfaction are met.

      YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

      • Ensure accurate and prompt information flow to the internal team, on a daily basis to ensure requests are responded timely.

      • Implement and refine processes for the planning and execution of all on ground operations.

      • Handle Work Order planning, ensure sufficient orders release to production hence optimise capacity.

      • Monitor daily demand, delivery schedule, indent incoming schedule and coordinate activities with Logistic, Warehouse, Planner and CSR as required.

      • Follow up shortages/upsurge replenishment with planner on ETA and escalate issues affecting service.

      • Monitor aging stock, clearing aging stock/samples, slow move inventory and write off requests with stakeholders.

      • Tracking Return Goods and CN/DN issuance.

      • Liaise with transporters and 3rd party logistics on customer delivery related matters.

      • To ensure sample requisition is fulfilled within the timeline.

      • Dropshipment coordination to ensure shipping documents are ready on time.

      • Back up to other OF team members during their absence.

      • Handle crisis and emergency situations as they arise in a professional and calm manner with suitable solutions.

      • Present in any related function meeting.

      Qualifications

      WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

      • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields.

      • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Supply Chain Planning or Customer Service function.

      • Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels.

      • Self-initiated and able to work effectively to meet the deadlines.

      • Good team player and service-minded.
