- Lead and support all aspects of order fulfillment and inventory operations.
- Oversee van loading schedules and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular audits.
- Ensure product quality and compliance throughout the fulfillment process.
- Collaborate with Packaging, Transportation, and Delivery teams.
- Train and coach team members on SOPs and safety protocols.
- Track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Support software systems including MJ Freeway and Microsoft Excel.
- Champion sanitation, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 1+ year of team leadership experience, preferably in a cannabis environment.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
- Proficiency in basic math and inventory systems.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Must be 21+ and able to pass a state background check.
- You have experience with MJ Freeway or similar seed-to-sale systems.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- You’ve worked in cannabis fulfillment, packaging, or logistics.
- You’re passionate about continuous improvement and team development.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and forearms.
- Comfortable wearing PPE for up to 10 hours per day.
- Capable of handling totes, carts, and coolers as needed.

As the Order Fulfillment Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly from packaging to delivery. You’ll lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are top priorities. From managing inventory and coordinating van loading to ensuring compliance and product integrity, you’ll be at the center of our fulfillment operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to motivate others will directly impact our success.
