What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct timely and accurate order entries with an understanding of service expectations for unique customer requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability, and product information
- Manage and resolve customer-related problems or issues via phone, email, and fax
- Utilize current technology to promptly respond to customer requests
- Provide cross-functional support for House of Rohl Business Units

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Ability to manage key target accounts
- Ability to work independently, cross-functionally, and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience with SAP
