      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in leading the Order to Cash (O2C) team, providing guidance and performance management
      - Oversee the full O2C process including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and escalation resolution
      - Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts receivable and related accounting entries
      - Report on KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
      - Identify automation opportunities to streamline workflows in collaboration with team managers and stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of international accounting standards and multi-currency environments
      - Proven experience in managing Order to Cash (O2C) operations
      - Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
      - Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment in operational tasks
      - Ability to communicate effectively and contribute to a positive team dynamic

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with payment platforms such as Stripe
      - Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite or Salesforce
      - Experience in the SaaS and payments industry
      - Advanced Excel skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment
