- In partnership with HR and business leaders (and direction from EMEA Regional Organization & Talent Transformation Manager), executes the performance management activities, including support of the annual review process, calibration, quarterly Talent Reviews, talent metrics, and ongoing process improvements.
- Partners with HRBPs and business leaders on implementation of BU/functional initiatives for talent management, ensuring a globally consistent application of processes and frameworks.
- Participates in research and market analysis of performance management tools, best practices, and industry trends for talent management related activities.
- Coordination of Leadership Development logistics.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions including our Leadership Foundations program as well as learning sessions (EMEA region) driven by the Business Units/functions (such as LCS, ITD, GSM).
- Contribute to the creation of new development offerings (based on our new strategic skills and enterprise competencies) to improve individual and organizational performance (EMEA region).
- Guide employees to learning and development options for individual needs (Workday Learn, Employee Transformation Essentials learning path, Priority Skills leaning path, ROK your Career, New Manager Onboarding, Leadership Development options, Career Profile, Mentorship, Career Development Goals, etc.) (EMEA region).
- Provide administrative support in relation to KornFerry products and assessments for the EMEA region.
- Key facilitator and point of contact for GlobeSmart workshops and assessment.
- Support implementation and be an ambassador of our employee value proposition strategy in EMEA region, sharing our Rockwell story to attract, inspire, onboard and engage the best talent, especially in strategic locations/roles.
- Conduct analytics of our talent data and ROI specific for EMEA.
- Support in developing the HR team and People Managers in EMEA region to leverage Learnings & Development (L&S) data in Workday to identify trends and actions required in each business unit/function.
- Be an active project member within the OTT space to support simple, aligned and coordinated approach for all OTT offerings to the enterprise.
- Coordinate and manage specific EMEA projects which may include piloting and adoption of tools across the organization, support of new processes and programs for talent management, as well as other projects to meet the OTT needs in the region.
- Effectively develops and manages execution of project plans, including; preparing project documents, reports, communications, and tracking of metrics and data.
- Maintains project documents in appropriate SharePoint site/Teams, ensuring appropriate revisioning, access control, and classification are maintained.
- 2-5 years of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Data Analytics, Project Management and/or Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science or a related field
- Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems
- Excellent consulting and communication skills based on innovative, practical, and resourceful approaches to enhancing the global Org & Talent Transformation function.
- Familiarity with HR technology, learning management systems, and talent management tools.
- Experience in working with multiple countries/cultures is a plus.

As the Specialist in Organizational & Talent Transformation, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, focusing on driving impactful organizational and talent development initiatives. Reporting to the EMEA Regional Organization & Talent Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement transformational strategies, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
