      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of national programs and workstreams
      - Develop and present instructional materials and communication strategies for OE programs
      - Consult with ministry-level directors to align programs with client needs and organizational priorities
      - Manage project plans and workflows to ensure timely and budget-compliant service delivery
      - Analyze operational data to demonstrate progress and impacts of programs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
      - Minimum 4 years of experience in OE Practice Areas and programs, specifically in Executive Succession Planning
      - Experience in performance planning and review program management, administration, and design
      - Ideally possess experience with Workday
      - Knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a related field
