What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the enterprise
- Develop and manage leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level leaders
- Identify, design, and develop frameworks representing essential leadership skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to gain insights for program design and implementation
- Manage multiple projects and processes in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
- 8-10+ years of related experience in learning, consulting, or program management roles
- Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs across the enterprise
- Expert facilitation skills with experience in diverse group settings
- Understanding of adult learning theory and blended learning strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree or certification in instructional design, training & development, or human resources
- Certification and experience facilitating Situational Leadership II and similar assessments
- 3-5 years of experience in human resources, organization development, or business management
- Experience in financial services or fraternal benefit societies
