      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales of Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned quotas
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with orthodontists and their clinical teams
      - Utilize consultative and educational sales approaches to influence purchasing decisions
      - Conduct territory analysis and planning to ensure revenue goals are achieved
      - Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and manage expectations regarding product delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 5 years of related industry experience in customer relationship and account management
      - Proven track record of successful sales and territory management
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
      - Candidate must reside within the assigned geography

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in orthodontic or medical device sales
      - Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., SF.com or Dynamics)
      - Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to changing environments
      - High achievement drive and skills in new business development
