What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meeting overall sales quota
- Building relationships with orthodontists and their staff
- Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and satisfaction
- Working with a team of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable
- Driving a company vehicle and ensuring compliance with motor vehicle history review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or higher and a minimum of nine (9) years of field sales and/or clinical experience
- Current, valid driver's license
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software
- Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background
- Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in business or marketing
- Five (5) years of oral care/orthodontic sales experience
- Previous experience in the oral care industry
- History of developing strong customer relationships
- Understanding of time and territory management
