      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and grow a defined sales territory by developing strong relationships with veterinary surgeons, clinic owners, and staff
      - Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers
      - Conduct product demonstrations and educational sessions, both in-clinic and at conferences
      - Provide in-surgery support and technical guidance on product usage when needed
      - Represent the employer at industry trade shows, veterinary events, and training workshops

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in outside sales (medical, veterinary, or device industry preferred)
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
      - Ability to travel frequently (up to 75%)
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
      - Comfortable attending labs and surgeries

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
      - Proven track record of consultative selling and building customer relationships
      - Strong understanding of veterinary practices and surgical techniques
