      Job summary

      We are working with the NHS to deliver targeted support to people with long-term health conditions by giving them personalised clinical coaching . We build trusted relationships to help people take control of their health. We are looking to recruit a part time coordinator who will work with our team delivering warmth, empathy, confidence and professionalism on a daily basis.

      Main duties of the job

      As a Patient Engagement Coordinator, you will make outbound calls to eligible patients to introduce our programme and explain how the service works. You will clearly communicate the benefits of the programme, answer patient questions, address concerns or objections, where patients are interested, you will book appointments directly and ensure accurate updates are made to patient records.

      We are working to deliver targeted support to people with long-term health conditions by giving them personalised one-to-one clinical coaching . We build trusted relationships to help people take control of their health.

      • Book an average of25-30 appointments per day
      • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive patient experience
      • Update computer records accurately
      • Work closely with your Team Lead and colleagues to meet daily and monthly targets

      • Strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic, patient-focused approached
