What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make Welcome/Outreach calls to members, providing product knowledge and customer assistance
- Administer member telephone surveys, capturing valuable feedback and insights
- Document the results of all outbound calls using electronic or written forms
- Assist members by creating formal research cases and entering information into a specialized database
- Exhibit courtesy, compassion, and respect in all communications with members and providers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service experience in a call center environment
- Strong verbal communication skills and excellent telephone communication abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of member/patient information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in market research or data entry tasks
- Familiarity with health insurance products and policies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze customer feedback
