      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule healthcare evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts to ensure members understand terms and respond to objections professionally
      - Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound calls and scheduled appointments
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members or providers
      - Monitor performance metrics and report any member complaints to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum of 1 year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience
      - Strong communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor
      - Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and meet performance metrics
      - Proficient computer skills and ability to multitask using various systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment
      - Familiarity with using auto dialers and scripts
      - Persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally
