What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations
- Follow approved scripts and respond to member inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Meet daily department goals for outbound calls and appointments set
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as necessary
- Monitor performance results and report any member complaints to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Previous experience in a high-volume outbound call center environment preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain a friendly and conversational tone
- Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and manage multiple systems while making calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with an auto dialer and/or using scripts
- Demonstrated persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally
- Familiarity with HIPAA and privacy guidelines in healthcare settings
