      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free in-home or virtual healthcare evaluations
      - Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand the terms while responding to rebuttals with professionalism
      - Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointment settings
      - Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as requested by members and providers
      - Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
      - Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required
      - Previous outbound call center or high-volume experience in a metrics-driven environment preferred
      - Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with professional courtesy
      - Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule and operate multiple systems simultaneously

      - Experience with auto dialers and scripted calls
      - A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment
      - Friendly and conversational demeanor with good listening skills
      - Strong computer skills and ability to multitask during calls
