What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule free healthcare evaluations
- Utilize 20+ approved scripts to communicate effectively with members
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals in both office and remote settings
- Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and report member complaints to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of call center experience or 2+ years of general work experience required
- Experience in a metrics-driven environment, preferably with outbound calls
- Strong communication skills and ability to treat members with courtesy
- Proficiency in using multiple computer systems simultaneously while making calls
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment
- Familiarity with using an auto dialer and scripts for outbound calls
- Ability to work efficiently in a results-oriented environment
- Friendly and conversational demeanor when interacting with members
