      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry of home warranty contracts and customer information into the computer system
      - Place outbound calls to renew home service plans and promote product benefits
      - Convert sales opportunities to meet monthly sales goals
      - Maintain knowledge of product coverage and business unit policies to assist customers effectively
      - Complete required continuing education courses to stay updated on policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
      - Strong math skills and knowledge of contract coverage for systems and appliances
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service or sales role within the home services industry
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
      - Familiarity with home warranty products and services
