      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry of home warranty contracts and information into the computer system
      - Place outbound calls to renew home service plans and promote product benefits
      - Convert sales opportunities to meet monthly sales goals
      - Maintain knowledge of product coverage and business unit policies
      - Uphold high standards of customer interaction and service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 1+ years of sales experience
      - Strong math skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
      - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales, particularly in a home services or warranty environment
      - Familiarity with contract coverage related to home systems and appliances
      - Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures
