      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make 150+ outbound cold calls daily to real estate agents and brokers
      - Set 5-8 qualified appointments per day to drive sales opportunities
      - Conduct 10-12 product demos per week and close deals on the first call
      - Master objection handling and sales techniques to maximize conversions
      - Continuously refine your skills through ongoing coaching and training

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in sales or a strong motivation to succeed in a sales role
      - Driven by results and motivated by competition
      - Highly coachable and eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-moving environment
      - Tech-savvy with experience in Salesforce or a CRM preferred
      - Thrives in high-energy environments focused on making calls and closing deals
