      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan and implement staff training for canoe and kayak programs
      - Maintain and manage paddling gear and equipment, including purchasing and organizing
      - Lead paddling programs, ensuring safe operations and supervising staff
      - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and evaluating outdoor program instructors
      - Promote paddling programs and recruit participants from the community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
      - Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50lbs and stand/sit for long durations
      - Previous experience facilitating outdoor paddlesports for youth and adults
      - Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Reliable transportation to various program locations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior supervisory experience in paddlesports or outdoor education
      - Experience training staff in paddlesports or related outdoor activities
      - Certification in paddlesports with the American Canoe Association
      - Experience with hauling equipment, including trailering canoes/kayaks
      - Secondary language skills in Spanish and/or Hmong are a plus
