What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct outbound educational telephone calls regarding medication adherence to members, prescribers, and pharmacists
- Review, update, maintain, and monitor pharmacy information for internal and external customers
- Motivate members to refill prescriptions and coordinate necessary communication with providers and pharmacies
- Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues via telephone
- Build and maintain relationships with members and partners to enhance member engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy
- At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of technical or operational experience
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with critical deadlines
