What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to grow educational partnerships and increase university enrollments
- Conduct B2C outreach with potential organizational partners to enhance enrollment rates and brand awareness
- Organize and manage recruitment activities such as webinars, education fairs, and information sessions
- Build and maintain relationships with community organizations to support workforce development needs
- Document and track outreach efforts using CRM software for planning and reporting purposes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in higher education, community college, admissions, or business development
- Experience in higher education strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively with diverse communities and build strong relationships
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Exceptional public speaking skills, with the ability to present to groups both virtually and in-person
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite Applications
