- Plan and execute outreach programs and meetings between Bank thought-leaders and external stakeholders.
- Manage the Bank’s Speakers Bureau by coordinating speaking requests from external public, professional and civic groups.
- Produce and distribute various weekly outreach reports to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and distribute a collaborative calendar of Bank outreach activities to internal stakeholders.
- Support a stakeholder engagement strategy in the Eighth District.
- Track, monitor, and report on outreach events, activities and initiatives.
- Assist with other projects and events, as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, or related field is preferred.
- Five or more years of practical experience in industry or community relations, public outreach, or corporate communications.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering results in programs and events.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage projects with defined objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade or salary.

The External Engagement and Corporate Communications Division of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis is seeking an Outreach Specialist.
The Outreach Specialist role will contribute to the Outreach and Engagement team by planning, organizing and supporting a variety of programs, meetings and initiatives. In doing so, this role will contribute to systematically reaching stakeholders throughout the region to build and maintain relationships, promote Fed resources, and collect and share relevant economic information with the goal to further inform the Bank’s research and direction for monetary policy. This role will manage the Bank’s speakers bureau program, plan and execute outreach programs and events, produce weekly outreach reports, and monitor, analyze and report on the effectiveness of outreach programs and activities. Additionally, this role will interact and coordinate with a number of business areas within the Bank, including the Office of the President, District Branch Offices, and the Research, Supervision, Financial Management and Legal Divisions.
The Outreach Specialist will report to a manager and work with a team in a collaborative environment to advance the Bank’s outreach and stakeholder engagement strategy. This role is in St. Louis, Mo. (Hybrid).Job Duties and Responsibilities:
