      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate and develop business relationships with dental practices and DSOs across Wisconsin
      - Conduct discovery meetings with practice owners and executives to understand their staffing needs

      - Act as the primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service delivery
      - Monitor placement satisfaction and address concerns to maintain client relationships

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven success in delivering client-focused solutions
      - Strong project management and organizational skills
      - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
