      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform inside sales during training and transition to outside sales in residential areas
      - Visit potential buyers through door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs
      - Measure and price areas to be serviced accurately
      - Explain the benefits of services offered and set realistic expectations for customers
      - Compile lists of potential customers for sales leads and maintain accurate sales reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Valid driver's license and acceptable 3-year driving record
      - Ability to pass drug screening and background check
      - Strong sales ability and excellent communication skills
      - Self-management skills and attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service
      - Knowledge of turf types and lawn care practices
      - Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools
      - Strong networking abilities within the community
