What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and develop new business through strategic prospecting
- Develop tactical plans to maintain and expand services with existing and assigned accounts
- Act as a liaison between customer and organization throughout the sales and production process
- Maintain regular contact with customers to answer questions and provide information regarding new products, capabilities, and services
- Forecast and meet monthly and annual sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience in selling and printing
- Demonstrated experience in applicable vertical markets, including wine, food, and beverage
- Thorough knowledge of printing; prime label and flexible packaging experience is preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to resolve problems
- Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

- Experience in the label and packaging industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and projects
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for sales activity tracking
