      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth for Heat Trace products in the Southeast region, including Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia
      - Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions
      - Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations
      - Cultivate relationships with existing customers and generate new sales opportunities
      - Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and assist in reclaiming previous business

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or the service industry
      - A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering is preferred; other technical degrees are also considered
      - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
      - Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve goals and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Heat Trace products or similar technologies
      - Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in business development
      - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
      - Previous experience attending industry events and building professional networks
