What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize excellent communication and networking skills to nurture relationships and drive sales growth
- Develop proposals and perform basic thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions
- Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations
- Reclaim previous business while managing and expanding sales within a defined customer list
- Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and report on performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales and/or within the service industry
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred; other technical degrees considered
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Heat Trace technology is advantageous
- Proven ability to think creatively and resolve project-related issues promptly
- Experience attending industry events to build professional relationships
