WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:
As an Outside Sales Rep II at QBP you will be assigned a territory and come to know it inside and out. Working collaboratively with the Account Manager (AM) for the territory, you will help to sell the right product and programs to the right dealers. Utilizing a consultative sales approach and consistent retailer interaction you will be responsible for growing overall retailer and territory sales revenue.
• Be constantly up to date on territory demographics, geography, events, dealer circumstances, external influences, and more
• At a minimum, monthly retailer engagement and in person retailer visits required
• Track your selling activity and retailer interactions using pre-established methods, such as Customer Relationship Management tool.
• Call on dealers in person and communicate with them through additional methods such as phone, email, and video about a full menu of products
• Professionally present products to dealers, demonstrate products and explain features to customers.
• Collaborate with AM and Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to determine sales strategy and retailer communication
• Develop, nurture, and sustain relationships with dealers to create and increase sales
• Meet or exceed the goals for your assigned territory on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
• Share knowledge and feedback with others at QBP to help dealer success and increase sales.
• Make a positive contribution to QBP's culture, share best practices with the Sales team, and learn continuously

Outside Sales Rep II reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
QUALIFICATIONS
• Understand the sales process and possess selling skills. Ability to quickly gain knowledge of QBP's product offerings, identify dealer needs and sell the right product to the right dealer at the right time.
• Excellent relationship building skills supplemented by self-awareness and continuous self-improvement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, as well as the ability to interpret others through their tone and body language
• Financial and statistical literacy required along with the ability to interpret these numbers and make recommendations based on them
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills along with the ability to quickly learn and use other programs
OTHER RELATED CRITERIA
Domestic Travel
• Ability to travel domestically 85-95% of the time which includes flying by plane and driving a motor vehicle. a valid US driver's license and fulfill the requirements of being a QBP Approved Driver.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to perform work on a phone and computer extensively
