What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive incremental sales growth by cultivating business relationships with assigned customer portfolios
- Conduct a minimum of 10 sales call appointments per week to develop new account revenue
- Utilize Salesforce to manage customer communications and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prospect for new business through community engagement and internal lead generation
- Collaborate with the Pro Account Expeditor to enhance customer transaction experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of professional work experience, with 2 years in account management or sales management
- Experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to create and cultivate an active network of relationships
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
